Kitty chasing the cursor!!!!

I am not so sure about Snickers the new kitty in my home. She is just too much (fun). My DH was working in his office and she decided to go and bless him with her presence. As she is sitting there on his work table/desk she is watching him work on the computer and going crazy over the cursor on the monitor. The pictures really do not do it justice. It was one of those Kodak moments and thank you honey for getting it on pictures.

Here she is just looking over her shoulder at him.

She is just too cute.

Now she is watching the cursor move and wondering what is that thing..

Now let just get a little closer and see this weird thing.

I am just sitting and watching the thing go by.....

Ok I am going to get this thing.....

Oh no it moved and I don't understand why I am not able to get it. HELP!!!!!

I know those pictures say it all about how funny this little one is.

I am now going to pack for my 9 year old to go on vacation with his aunt and uncle. This is the first time that I have allowed him to go anywhere far away from me unless he is with me. But they are good and they have three children also and I know that he will have a great time. I just hope his mommy can survive this time. My husband use to go on vacations with his cousin and uncle and so I really would like for my sons to have that chance.
Seeya blog world and enjoy the pictures of my little girl.

Eye Doctor.....YUK,YUK

On Wednesday, I had to go to the eye doctor because my right eye is blurry. Of course I waited for a few months because I just had a feeling the news would not be so good. I was 34 when I was told that I had Macular Degeneration (Dry) and that I would have to just keep an eye on this and of course this is what the Doctor is telling is that this is what has caused my eye to change its vision so sudden. I now have 15 spots on the tissue of my retina.

How in the world can I have this problem when I am only 38 and of course I do not have health insurance. I called my husband and started crying tellin him that I am scared and now we have to get insurance or I need to get a job that will have insurance. I work out of my home now for construction company (did I mention that I am able to take care of my three and four year old) but this company does not have insurance. Sometimes life just kicks you in the butt and at times like this I am glad to be able to pray and ask for help from God.

My husband has left for Michigan to visit with his sister and brother-in-law. Go check out her blog and say Hello.
My sister in love Susie is the best, she is the one who taught me to knit and now she is selling her yarn (dying it, spinning) she is one very talented chick. You go sister. My husband has not been gone for a whole week since our two youngest boys were born and I am so hoping that he has a great time. He is also looking for some property while he is up there.

So now I am off to searching about this eye problem of mine and learn about it and hopefully I will be able to learn good news.

Pictures of new knitty and Secret Pal goodies

I have finally taken the time to sit down and upload my pictures to Photobucket and now I can finally show off my new snickers and the goodies that my Secret Pal has blessed me with.

So here is my new addition to the family (without the labor pains):

Of course where do I found her, in my knitting bag. I just had to laugh. She now offsets the males in this house. Now there are four males and two women. Now for the story of this little one. We received her at a store that was having adoptions and the couple that gave her to us found her in the woods and they took great care of her and now she is mine.

Now for another picture of her:

I have had a great round with my Secret Pal. She sent me the last package and let me say she ROCKED my socks.

Check out the contents:

Yarn to die and of course Kool-aid. I have never dyed my own yarn, but I sure will try with this. Anyone out there with any suggestions???? There is a great journal book with post cards from the state that she lives in.

This is a metal holder (what else is the name for it) but I sure do love this. Inside this is the yarn, pattern, needle to make this shawl. There is also two types of soaps, and a little chick with the saying (ITS A CHICK THING). My husband loved that one. He tells me that is so me.

Here is a picture of everything that was inside the metal container:

THANKS SUPER SECRET PAL.... YOU WERE THE BEST!!!!!

I learned how to knit about a 1 1/2 ago and I am just getting around to making my first pair of socks. I have tried to do this forever. So lo and behold here is my first one and now I am going to learn how to do this on circular needles.

Of course I have to go now but I really wanted to get these pictures posted. Job 1 done. Now Job 2 is blogging again and showing the kit that I won at a knitting party that I went to.

I am going to leave with a cute picture of my two young boys.

They are just too cute.
